Tried out my new Severin via Brupaks boiler for this one and very nice it is too. Relegated the hop and grape boiler to HLT duties. Here's the mash after dough in:

The amount of hops was quite novel and seemed to fill the available space:

They were absorbed eventually

and at the end it was a 1071 wort as predicted Set it to ferment with Nottingham yeast from a starter I made from wort from mid boil.
