All went well the out laws are gone, sorry no photos today lads but Jim and Tax did us proud on that front.

all went well seem to get 77% eff with fly sparging and 67% with batch not sure which I prefer yet will have to same them together, hey that sounds like a double brew day to me!

Just finished off making a dj of trad mead-
3 pots of honey,
1 large orange squeezed and chopped (all in)
1 clove
25 raisens cut in half
2 tsp bread yeast
lots of shaking
