I'm sure between us we can crack this, just keep brewing the bugger till it's spot on, I've never wanted to clone a brew so bad as this one for some odd reason.

Can you confirm this is the amended recipe db?

Pale 5.2kg
Carapils 100g
Crystal 120EBC 200g
Crystal 60 EBC 200g

Magnum 14.4% 12g 90mins
Perle 5.5% 12g 90mins
Cascade 6.8% 30g 10mins
Cascade 6.8% 75g 0mins

Yeast probably US-05?
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, yeah I’d say this was my best effort yet. If I was having another go at it (which I will do) I’d try the above recipe. If you do go with it let me know what you think of it and where it still needs tweaking.

Edit: I might even think about sustituting some of the pale malt for a little vienna or munich to up the maltyness :-k
