Kegged my Turbo Hybrid Cider 23ltr
Bottled my Turbo Cyder Sugar Battle 9ltr (4.5 litre each Molasses Demerara)
Bottled my Turbo Cider Alpha 23 litre
Then i got down to brewing.
25 litre Geordie Bitter with Geordie Beer Enhancer 1kg and Demerara sugar 250g.
5ltr Atomic Lemon/Lime with 1kg white sugar
5ltr Atomic Lemon/Lime with 1kg demerara
5ltr Mead
5ltr Mead Cyser
5ltr Tomato Tang
14ltr Turbo Cider with Demerara 1kg
Between kegging, bottling and brewing i've been 6 hours, got 64 litres starting to go and 54 litres ready to condition.
I am knackered, hungry and have a mighty thirst. More info and eventually pictures will appear here or in other sections such as Other Brews.
All this and i didn't get to do the lager i bought yesterday, but thats no big loss, more so that i can say i had a go at lager than a desperate desire for fizzy drinks that aren't apple or pear based.
First time with Demi Johns... airlocks are a little too watchable, aren't they.

Multiple Brews (or why i am so tired)
i want to blame my flatmates absence as he left me a spare fermentor but as it doesn't currently have that lager in it i can't blame him.
I was given three demi johns for my birthday so that accounts for 15 litres...
so i guess the answer is... i get a little too overexcited about brewing right now.
in my mind i am stocking up for the summer while i can but not sure whether that holds water.

No kidding, every time I passed the utility room and heard that "plip plip plipity plit" I just had to stop and watch it for a while, mind you I did have 13 demijohns on the go at one pointAdam wrote:First time with Demi Johns... airlocks are a little too watchable, aren't they.
