Normally that wouldn't be a problem but i'm kegging everything I make at the moment (not that I couldn't transfer a few bottles worth) but also, the deuchars isn't at my place at the moment, it's at a mates house ready for supping this weekend.

So I can't even sample it's wares. :(

A good idea for the future though...

A picture of the finished beer, I like the addition of torrified wheat, it gives the beer a smoother finish, more mouth feel. Crash cooling and aux finings did the trick with clearing it up. Might have tooo many of these tonight :wink:

Beautiful. I am geen with envy as I dont have a single pint of beer left. Only turbo cider and its far too eary for that :lol:
