90 mins boil

I've got beersmith now and it's great. I like the way it gives me an estimated FG. Which is nice. :)

According to BS it should come out at around 6.6%. Lovely :D

It finished with an ABV of 6.8%.
I've had a sneaky taster of this and i love it. It's currently quite sweet tasting but very drinkable. When i say very drinkable i mean a pint. After one bottle i can feel the effects. I have 2 crates(24 x 750ml) and these have been put at the bottom of my stack. I get the feeling that this will be wonderfull with another month or two of conditioning. 8)

Quite keen to do this brew again. :D

EDIT: FG was 1016.

Decided to have another 'sneaky' tester and by crickey it's strong. The second pint goes down like a dream. But Jeez it knocks my socks off. Have woken up the wife and made the dog start barking by stumbling round the house. Apparently my whistling is what woke them up? Can't recall whistling? I love beer

It's many hours later now. No more Edits.

The best thing about homebrew is waking up in the morning without a sore head. 8)
