Done and dusted, 2x 25L FV's tucked up both 1.048 with s04 pitched, the wort certainly tasted very bitter so I'm happy that those late additions have done their job.

Yeah i think the bigguns take years, maybe generations to produce, this is just a minature olive tree, ornamental really, supposed to live for ages and produce fruit though (none in the 2 yrs i had it), should get to around 3ft IIRC, will move it up a pot size soon, will want to take it with us when we move so it's staying potted.

Mmmm I do love olives :D
