Brewday 11/04/07 - Vienna Lager

I used the pale malt because I didn't have enough Munich malt and it fermented far to high because of a heat wave! At that time I didn't have a fridge so it varied from 11C at night to 21C during the days in the garage.
It's turned out great though, no "off" flavours or smell, I managed to be able to lager it at 2C for 4 weeks.
