recipe specific ale

just chilling this now

specific ale 60 ltr brew length

9 x 2 littre jug fulls of marris otter
a half bag of crystal
(no idea how much in grams but it looked about between 50 - 800 grams-----ish ) :D
1 x part bag of choclate malt
(Again it looked between 50g and 800g ---------ish) :D


hops

some target
some challenger
some gouldings

never weighed them but all together there was a lot :lol:

looking forward to trying this in a month or so im curious as to what it will taste like :lol:

ended up with 53 litres in fv @ 1043 so two packets of s04 and now its going like a trooper :D fantastic

ended up with fg of 1007 which gives me two cornys and 12 pint bottles at
4.8 % abv :D

and it tastes fantastic :lol: :aarh:
