I've amended my recipe from earlier as I had 75g of Amarillo left so I thought I'd up the ibu's a little by splitting it - one dose at 60 min for bitter the rest at 10 mins for a tad aroma.
I might up the cascade as the Roasted Barley may be overpowering.
