The last batch had 20g of the roast barley in and i've just transferred it to the barrel and a few bottles and it tastes great. I'm glad to say it has a definate maltyness about it with a slight roast character but not OTT or stout/porter like. The hops are just starting to come through and should get stronger as the batch matures.
I'm hoping for something similar with this one but as i've increased the grain bill (and abv level) i've also upped the RB to 30g. This should end up around the 5.2 - 5.5% abv mark which is what i'm after

It's named in ref of my brothers bike; an Aprilia Falco 1000cc V-Twin

Oh, a big thank you to Garth who supplied me with the grain used in this batch. Nice setup, Garth, and the bottle of porter and stout went down well last nice. Cheers
