Getting ready to put the water on for 41L and a 21L batches of:
Export Stout
25 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) UK - Perle
1 lbs 8.0 oz Black Barley
1 lbs 3.2 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L
1 lbs 3.2 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L
1 lbs Chocolate Malt
2.00 oz Nugget [12.79 %] (60 min)
2.00 oz Challenger [6.10 %] (15 min)
2.00 oz Challenger [6.10 %] (0 min)
Hops are a bit odd, but that's what was in the fridge.
I promise pictures will follow!

Couldn't find the cable to upload the pictures. I'll get them up tonight.
It was 33C yesterday and just too hot to get the last batch going, so I ended up with 42L.
Had a brewing partner and put his name on the brew sheet printout from beersmith and he had me sign it
as it was his first ever "contributing" brew session.
I'll recap when I get the pictures up, but all in all a great day....

Here goes. Hopefully different types of pictures than before. And sorry about the rotation, can't get them straight
My first ever brewing assistant that actually helped!
Here's Dr. G stirring the mash. Quite tight considering almost 14kgs of grain

Waiting for the mash to convert. Here are my hops. A Glacier and a Centennial. Can't remember which is which, but the one in back is about 15 feet tall.

Gotta love having help

Cooling the wort

Keeping the carboys out of the sun during run-off

Bubbling away. I made a starter with the S-04 using some extra wort. Seems like it worked out alright. And yes! that is the mahogany wainscoting I just put up in the future pub. Fuel for another thread.
