AG#030 - Simple Simon
By way of scientific research
I decided to try a taste of this carbonated green beer
.
I'm very happy with it so far, full mouthfeel, caramelly, there's no way this keg will last long. I've got 1½ kegs to drink in front of it though so fingers crossed it might reach puberty
Perhaps the spiciness of Challenger for bittering may add even more? - Thinking aloud

I haven't pitched enough sediment into this brew, nor the last. I know this now and think it might go someway to explain the a) slow ferment of the last brew, and b) the slightly higher FG's than expected from an efficient brewery yeast...my bad.
However on 2 weeks kegged sampling things seem pretty good. Could perhaps up the aroma next time though.
