Thanks - your advice on dextrin, mash temp & ferment temp will go a long way :)

22/23 seems high, but I guess that's what will contribute to the fruity flavours. My ATC controlled fridge should be able to handle that with current ambient temperatures (I don't have the heating circuit hooked up yet).

If your tips help me perfect this beer, I'll be a very happy man :D
