Just bottled my first brew, Milestone IPA, and so far it looks god.
Did a trail to 4 small pop bottles last friday, but could not wait any longer so had 1 yesterday and another 2 today, will see how long the last one will last before I cranck it open
I am gobsmacked, it is absolutly fantastic
I just hope I will be sendt away with my job, or I'm afraid the rest of the brew will not have the time to mature as it's should before I'll have drunk it.
Yesterday it was still a little cloudy but today it has cleared up a bit and the carbonation was perfect. When it's ready I'l post a pic.
