hi all started my second brew yesterday after finishing my cider kit. the larger had a pretty good head on after about 24 hours and has some strange brown mushy bits in it. i have included a photo for you all. could someone explain this to me? thanks

It's either hops, protein, or lipids. Don't worry about it.

Yep, get the lid back on and leave it alone for a week, it's all fine and will come out lovely.
