Hop Bill:
styrian goldings hops 42gm
fuggles hops 35 gm both at start of boil
last 15 mins
goldings hops 15gm
irish moss 10 gm
Mash Schedule:
90 mins at 66c(151F)
Only difference was I first wort hopped the fuggles and then steeped styrians (I think a metric shedload was the recommended amount) at 80C
Mashing at 66

pH at around 5.5ish

I dont know why by I always do a remaining starch test with some iodophor from the 1st runnings - limited info from it other than something has happened!

First runnings (with obligatory brew helper)

Nice rolling boil

Boiler emptying - lots of break material

Fermenting away nicely!

Broke my hydrometer so no OG readings but I hit my target volume so am hoping all will be well.
