Bottled 14 1/2 ltr bottles and the rest in a king keg. ABV of 3.75%. Tasted a sample and i would drink a pint of it no problem as it is if served and say its good. I can really taste the Northdown hops and the yeast is balanced well by the hops and not at all dominant. Must be the lower fermentation temp on this one helped mute the yeast flavours a bit. Can't wait for it to carbonate and clear, its gonna be killer!

To add a sense of completeness to this i did as i said i would and decanted the yeast into a sterilised bottle. I then swirled out the FV with around 3/4 ltr of sterilised cooled water and put that in with the rest in the sterilised bottle. Its been in the fridge for around a week and looks liks this now. I take it i'll be able to call this my yeast starter on my next brew and empty the lot onto the wort once its in the FV?
