Brewing Sat What to Brew?

Hi,

Well my TTL turned out really nice, its 2nd week in Keg, still cloudy slightly but I had dry hopped initially, took it out then back into keg.
Its got this amazing froth, and looks like a BLonde Guiness when you first look at it whilst it settles in the pint glass! Incredible!

So..onto my 4th Ive got the Water treatments down (use Asda smart price water +Gypsum + calcium Chloride)
Get a nice soft mouthfeel from my TTL

Couldnt get a rolling boil last time as i used a mash bag and I noticed the brew wasnt as 'hoppy' so I will be letting rip with my
Tea urn, boiler the lot to get a good boil and extract those hoppy flavours!

Any ideas for a nice hoppy brew? not sure what to try next -
