I might just use a couple Nottingham, let the malt and hops come through

although I have loads of US-05, but only one packet of S-04

1050, pretty happy with that, also got the lawn cut while it was chilling so all in all a pretty productive day :D

Hmm, I got just under 20l @ 1.044, didn't quite work that one out right :oops:

I ended up with 22 Litres in the end, I think my efficency has risen slightly since i started making salt additions in line with grahams water calculator.

Edit im geting a double whammy of smells from this batch, the first time when i mashed in it smelt great now that im baking dog biscuits made from the spent grain, mollases, peanut butter and eggs its smells even better =P~ might have to munch a few of these dog biscuits myself :oops:
