So it's a 23 litre brew using the following grain:
5000g pale malt
500g wheat malt
100g pale crystal malt
50g crystal malt
20g Cascade (90min) 15.4 IBU
44g Cascade (15min) 15.6 IBU
20g Cascade (Steep)
I may also dry hop with whats left from the 100g pack but undecided.

For the yeast i cultured some from the bottom of Hole Hearted using the method in graham wheeler's new book. During the boil i ran of 1ltr of wort and cooled it. Once cool i poured off the beer from the starter and added it on top of the yeast and gave it a good shake. By the time i got to pitching it the airlock was bubbling nicely.

Hit the target 1.048 gravity:

Yhe main fermeter was a little full and i didnt want it to spill yeast again so i decented some into a demijon. It's handy to see the fermentation going too.

Next day it's fermeting nicely and down to 1.018 already. After a taste it is nice but needs more bitterness and hoppiness to match the hole hearted i'm trying to replicate:
