Thanks. I was scratching my head just then, wondering how you could tell what sort of computer I used simply by looking at my post ... Doh!

Looks like the Summer Lightning yeast is doing its famous sulk at 1020. I've roused it with a paddle but also put the Safeale on red alert ...
