Hi all,

Hoping to brew this tomorrow in my half finished brewery

6kg Pale
600g Crystal

66c Mash

35g Fuggles FWH
45g Goldings 30min
40g Fuggles 80c steep

should hopefully give me 42L of 1036 wort, 25 IBU's for a quick turn around

Sounds good - hope it goes well for you! I did a very similar beer a while ago and it turned out really well. I found the very last two bottles the other week, lurking at the back of my garage having had cold conditioning for about 4 months - tasty!

Didn't happen today unfortunately

Frozen hose, then whilst waiting for it to thaw out in the sun I broke a tooth on a cold snickers

Couldn't start brewing as didn't know what time the dentist could fit me in.

At least I can now go to my first LAB meeting tonight, also without dribbling I might add. had the dentist fix me up without a jab as I'll be buggered if all of my plans for my day off will be ruined!

Will brew this on saturday.
