640g Crystal malt
400g Wheatmalt
80g Chocolate malt
72g Boadicea 7.6AA 90 min boil
40g Bobek 15 min boil
2 Protafloc tablets
20g S-04 yeast
10 gallon batch
34.7 IBU
13.5 SRM
4.1% A

Looks good .. not used Boadicea myself but enjoy single variety beers like this .. Adnams are using them in their carbon neutral beer because they reduce the need for pesticides and so on ...

Hi all
Ive just cracked open a firkin of the Boadicea, and its spot on, what more can I say.
We are going to the Sailtare beer festival tomorrow night, then back to mine for a curry and finish the night off with a few pints of Boadicea.
This one is worth making.

I did a brew using only boadicea, mo and torrified wheat , and it has been one of my favorite beers i've brewed ,a really nice hop .reciepe was-4 kg maris otter
360g torrified wheat
36g boadicea 90min
25g boadicea 5min to go to boiler off ,and then leave for 15min until cooling.
yeast was so4
abv of 4.4%
ibu of 29
