good evening all!
this is my first post in the brew days, and it's my last brew for a while, so it's a bit big to use up a load of hops.
basically an American IPA, which is pretty evident from the hop schedule and choice.
5.100 kg of UK Pale Ale Malt
0.500 kg of UK Wheat Malt
0.275 kg of UK Medium Crystal
0.125 kg of Belgian Special B
22 g of US Cascade in mash
25 g of Slovenian Styrian Goldings first wort hopped
14 g of US Amarillo (45 Min From End)
7 g of US Cascade (45 Min From End)
22 g of UK Golding (30 Min From End)
20 g of US Cascade (20 Min From End)
15 g of US Centennial (10 Min From End)
20 g of US Amarillo (5 Min From End)
20 g of US Cascade (flame out)
20 g of US Centennial
20 g of US Cascade
both to be added to the fermenter after 5-6 days.
22L postboil, OG1059
20L transferred to FV
pitched a slurry of WLP001 from a batch bottled last night,
