Hi, Any experienced home brewers from, or close, to West Cumbria (Maryport) willing to pass on their knowledge to a relatively new starter? I’ve brewed stout for years but now I’m retired I’m trying all sorts of ales and all the problems that the dark, almost black, beer concealed are now coming to light. A chat, over a pint of course, would be appreciated. Ray.
