I knocked this one out yesterday.

3.175kg US-2 row pale
.90718kg Maris Otter
.34019kg Munich
.34019kg Crystal 80L
98g Crystal 150L
42g Black Malt
14g Magnum 12.1% AA @ 60 min
14g EKG 4.5% AA @ 15
14g EKG 4.5% AA @ 5
28g EKG 4.5% AA @ flame out
56g Styrian Goldings 1.9% AA @ flame out.
1 minute, 30 second injection of pure oxygen into wort.
Yeast: 1L starter, White Labs WLP-005 British Ale.

I had signs of fermentation 2 1/2 hours after I pitched yeast. I woke up
to this:

Chris, if you read this, I know you're right about yeast selection for English ales. I just don't want to admit it, because I'm lazy. Making the starter wasn't that big of deal. If all goes well, I may adopt WLP-005 as my go to strain for English beers.

Yes, it's mine too. I love the flavor profile. It drops out nicely too. I won't use anything else now for English beers.
