Shed loads of MO, Wheat malt, black malt, torrified wheat, flaked maize, and the rest of the gubbins...

So... The grist is combined, the calcs done, and the liquor prepared....

Just brought my brewing assistant down.. Chester (7mnth SBT)

He says Cascade and US05 instead of Challenger/S04!!

Is he working for another HM Brewerey??? LOL
