OG was dead on target and got a full 50lts in the fermenter.
Ferment started well with only a 2 hour lag time and is proceeded nice and steady.
Why the "German version"?
Well - I dropped the amber malt and replaced with increased amounts of Munich and Vienna. and replaced the Styrian bittering hops with some Perle.
Should be interesting to see how this compares to the two previous versions i've brewed.
