Thanx! It's 7:53 in the morning here and I just opened a bottle of Moorhouse's Pendle Witches Brew! What a way to start the celebration!!
I've got a bunch of chicken quarters marinating in tequila, onion, garlic, various peppers, cilantro(coriander) that I'll grill later. Breaking out some cask conditioned summer ale as well a bit later. At this pace, I put it now! :=P

UPDATE:

Look: Straw, cloudy fizz with a Bleach white head. :D
Smell: Clean grain smell with a hint of rice and garden clipping sitting under the fantastic Fermentis WB-06 yeast, i'd say a fresh Leffe kind of aroma. I always think Leffe smells of apple fermenting skins/windfalls, earthy fruit.
Taste: this is the best bit, Ill have to get another glass to try again to write this down....

oh a pic whilst I get a glass.
