Perhaps I'll initially start with 1.5tbsp then - I can always add some more if need be....

Just done a little experiment - added 0.5ml of vanilla extract to 1/2 pt of stout.

0.5ml per 0.5 pint equates to 1.75 tbsps in a cornie full and I reckon the vanilla was too strong so may back off to 1tbsp per cornie.
