AG#45 Blond Bombshell

Well i never intended on brewing today after brewing yesterday, but the weather is pretty awefull
so found myself at a loose end, having run out of Pale Malt i`ve had to use the Lager Malt so it
had to be a Blond, I`m naming this one after Marilyn Monroe,a babe if there ever was :D .

So into the mix today we have

4kg Lager Malt
200g Wheat
30g Cascade @ 60 mins AA 7.6%
10g Cascade @ 20 mins AA 7.6%
10g Cascade @ 10 mins AA 7.6%
Protalfoc @ 20 mins
11g Safale S04

Its very similar to My Ramblers Crag, apart from using lager malt
instead of pale and using 200g less of wheat, the hop schedule is the
same, so if it turns out with the same flavour as that i`ll be more than happy.

Its already 10 mins into the boil so i`m just talking 5 as i also bottled 40 pints while the
mash was on so not sat down until now.

I actually had to go with Nottingham yeast as i`d also run out of Safale
so i`ll see if it changes the flavour much.
