A Stout doesn't have to have to have Roasted Barley, so it can still be a Stout ;)

My Father says this is a prize winner, I will defo do this again and add the Roasted Barley to see if it adds that tounge flapping I do some times with a stout ( or is that just me).

I think the STOUT-SMIFF is the 2nd best brew I have done this year, My wheat is a great hot day get on it beer, but have to say the STRANGE-SMIFF is my number 1, but I think this down to the look and smell of the brew, Great colour with a great hop bitterness.

Need to get myself some more grain and start to do some larger brew days say 40 ltrs as its just goes. :shock:
