Nice thick brew not 100% clear but very good after a week

Pre flight Check (PFC) says Pie and Mash / Sausage & Mash beer.
day 11 Fantastic malt dominates, dry hops Hallertauer Aroma give a great nose, needs to clear a bit more. watch this space
