Nearly done...

On goes the chiller and the end of boil hops

In it all goes into the FV, looked a bit tight with 24l collected...

In goes the yeast.

Done! After stirring in the yeast I decided to run off 4l or so in to a DJ- don't want to come back from a weeks holiday with a great big black, coconutty mess under the stairs!
Finished up with a SG of 1.050 which I'm pleased with. Having downed the contents of the trial jar it's obviously very sweet but there is a definite hint of coconut there (I think!), I've not got the greatest pallet! hopefully it'll still come through when the bottles are ready.

And here's one I made eailer! A Dark Ruby, not overly pleased with this one, definitely has potential (messed up the sparge, oh and decided to miss out on the priming sugars- mistake!) - will have to give it another try.
