Super Yob Goblin(non-chav)Now with S-33 fermentation action!

I'm brewing what I call SYG today. Just Maris Otter, some carapils, and 35L crystal. First wort hopped with Warrior and hopped at 60, 15, and dry hopped with 28g. Fermented with the mysterious S-33. Pictures to follow.

S-33 is an oddity, last time I used it on a high gravity beer you could actuall see clumps of yeast moving up and down in the FV like a Lava Lamp, really wierd.
