The WLP005 is pretty good stuff, the beer is packed full of flavour and is sparkling bright. If you're wondering why your bitters don't taste like what you get in a pub, get this yeast.
If it came to a toss up though, I think i'd go for the Burton Ale yeast. Just something unique about the flavour.

I have a few weeks of conditioning time ahead before i really try my Black Sheep Ale that was done with Whitelabs Burton Ale yeast, first Impressions at bottling stage were that is was already drinkable with a fuller rounder flavour than the US-05 batch I did too.
I'm hoping for good results from an WL Edinburgh Ale yeast in my Landlord clone...
