Damnit man, I really don't need to see a picture like that, it's only 9:40AM local time and I'm at work. Well, the beer looks great (and I can only imagine what it tastes and smells like). I like the way you photographed it to best advantage in a proper chalace with a nice head on top of the lucious golden nector. Ok, that does it, I am getting off this forum right now before I drive myself crazy. :D
Drinking:Saison (in bottles), Belgian Dubbel (in bottles), Oud Bruin (in bottles), Olde Ale (in bottles),
Abbey Triple (in bottles), Munich Helles, Best Bitter (TT Landlord clone), English IPA
Conditioning: Traditional bock bier, CAP
Fermenting: Munich Dunkel
Next up: Bitter (London Pride like), ESB
So many beers to make, so little time (and cold storage space)

Well......I've got another Belgian boiling away right now. This time a Dubbel type malty dark number for Christmas (some of which I will spice up with spice infused rum).

I need another famous Belgian name.......(Googles 'famous belgians").....

I think I'll call it Abbey Lemaitre - "Hubble Dubbel"

(Lemaitre being the Belgian cosmologist who proposed the theory would later give us the Hubble Constant two years before Hubble managed to prove it)
