I've just racked it into a cornie. I noticed some globules floating in the beer, I've taken a few photos and will upload them soon. I'm hoping that they are just from the yeast and gelatin [-o<

Addition: until I upload the photos, I would add the description that the globules look a little like the contents of a larva lamp

Looks like yeast to me. I used to get that when I sprinkled the yeast. The yeast then would ball around the orginal clump, and fly around the fermenter like a lava lamp.

I knew I was a messy eater with chopsticks but I'm sure the dumplings didn't reach the cellar

Beer all safely moved with me to the new home. Have sampled a little of DBB and it tastes great and I have suffered no ill effects.
