AG#58 Aurora

Todays brewday will be an all Aurora brew as i`ve never used this hop before so just
want to see what its like, plus i just realised that this will be the last one that will
be ready in time for Xmas so the brew is

3500g MO Pale
200g Wheat
200g Crystal
25g Aurora @ 60mins AA 8.1%
25g Aurora @ 20 mins AA 8.1%
1 Protafloc Tab
1 Pkt Safale S04

IBU`s 34.5 BU:GU Ratio 0.88

Mash started at 10.30

I think I've got some in the freezer that I've not used yet... along with so many others!!

The brew went quite well, but the element that went dicky a few brews back conked out
just as it came to the boil, but just put one of the new ones in and up and away again.
its all now in the FV.
So time to get ready and get down Skipton for 7.30pm
