Evening, brewing this as I missed out at the Weekend:

( FM-SMIFF )
3 kg Lager malt
1kg Flaked Maize
250gms of Marshmallows @15min
10gms Pacific Gem 14.6% @ 60min
30gms Bobeck 5.2% @ 15min
250gms Granulated Sugar

Gave me 1054

W34/70 Yeast

Mash went:
40º 20mins
50º 20mins
66º 40mins
Boil Now on
Chilling

It might turn out ok, might not.

I'll defo let you know how it goes, smells mmmm strange but good.

Very drinkable brew, I did write more but felt like a Wine Ponce so deleted it. :D

I salute your adventurous nature... I'm very surprised it was drinkable though!

I've heard of using gelatine for fining, but not in the mash...

The Mallows went into the boil for the last 15mins. :D
Bro in law and I have managed to empty the keg now, and I know its early but we will miss that brew.
