Well going all to plan made 9 litres of Grand Cru and it smells good. Its on the warming plate for 10 days now to ferment out. I made some wine as well a gallon of California Conisueer Pinot Chardonay to see if we like it then make 5 gallon if we do. Then it happened I went to feed the chooks and came back in thought I fancy a drink. There it was clear and golden Black Rock cider so glass out the cupboard lifted the top Whoosh !!!!!!!!!!!!a full pint straight up in air all ower the worktop not a drop in the glass. Showed the Boss and apprentice what was left full of sympathy Yeah right theyre still laughing . So cleaned that lot up went a got one out of the shed . Nice clear golden and no where near as explosive Cheers!!!
