A big chennel seemed to form along the side of the mash tun.

Coriander was lightly crushed by with a pesil ans morter ans soaked in hot water.

The brewers reward was a bottle of AG 16, a 6% london porter and to go with it a home made chicken dhansak.

Efficiency took a bit of a hit ,i was expecting 25lt of 1.048 but got 22l of 1.045, although admittedly i did spill a 2ltr jug full. One explanation could be shown by the spent grain pic where a big gap seemed to form on one side of the mash tun creating a channel for the wort rather then going through the grain.
