Here's my second go at a Wit, mostly based on my first go, but with a few adjustments:

2250.00 gm Lager Malt (3.0 EBC) Grain 44.12 %
2250.00 gm Wheat Malt, Bel (3.0 EBC) Grain 44.12 %
500.00 gm Wheat, Torrified (3.3 EBC) Grain 9.80 %
100.00 gm Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (19.7 EBC) Grain 1.96 %

70.00 gm Hallertauer Hersbrucker [2.60 %] (60 min) Hops 16.2 IBU
30.00 gm Hallertauer Hersbrucker [2.60 %] (10 min) Hops 2.8 IBU

10.00 gm Coriander Seed (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
20.00 gm Orange Peel, Bitter (Boil 10.0 min) Misc

The brewers reward was a bottle of AG 16, a 6% london porter and to go with it a home made chicken dhansak.

Efficiency took a bit of a hit ,i was expecting 25lt of 1.048 but got 22l of 1.045, although admittedly i did spill a 2ltr jug full. One explanation could be shown by the spent grain pic where a big gap seemed to form on one side of the mash tun creating a channel for the wort rather then going through the grain.
