Blacksheep Ale MkII

After the last batch got a bloody infection (1st for over a year! :evil: :evil: :evil: ) I'm getting another batch on this AM. Mash is on at 65oC.

I'm going to be using the wlp005 starter I made up for my smoked porter as the starter wasn't fermented out enough on sunday so ended up using S04 for that.

I have just bottle a very similar brew, but without the roaster barley...................more of a white sheep and nearer to 5% ABV

That look very drinkable. I've glanced at Wheelers and been tempted. Also the Big Lamp Bitter opposite, nice and simple.
