9 wouldnt be a problem. ill probably be on the mash by then, call in round the back of the unit (brasenose/syren st. junction)

1) Heating the mash water up to temperature....... Super mega hyper insulated mash tun (it's like that between the two internal layers as well !!!)


2) Halfway through the mash (digital thermometer lead sitting in the middle of the porridge mix).......


3)The temperature at the start of the mash was 67.1degC...................This was 1.5 hours later........... Just 0.3degC heat loss over 90 mins!!!!



4) Waiting for "Copper Up!" Just about to add the bittering hops...........



5) Aroma hops plus protofloc tab in now............followed by IC a minute later................



That's all I managed to do, sorry....I was preoccupied with getting everything right. Next time I'll take more. I'll see if Critch is happy for me to take some snaps on Friday.....
