Brewers Burden IPA

Post by EportJake » Fri May 21, 2010 11:51 am

Brewed this yesterday for the (hopefully) wonderful summer we are going to have....

Brewers Burden IPA

5kg MO
200g Carapils
100g Crystal (60L)

25g Admiral (60 mins)
30g Glacier (10 mins)
30g Glacier (flameout)

Brewlab Thames Valley 2 (pitched onto cake from previous brew)

6% ABV, 48 IBU

I made my usual mistake of forgetting the Irish Moss but other than that it went well and is bubbling away like mad!

I'm growing Glacier hops and had enough for a batch last year. Very nice hop. Hope it tastes great!
