Cornie Pressure! Super Nova.

I'd put 19L into a cornie with 50grams of priming sugar and I'm suprised the safty valve hasn't popped out! I put the quick serve tap on yesterday and tried my best to pour a pint without it exploding. It must have generated its own pressure of about 80PSI from the secondary ferment. So now I need to drop the pressure off to be able to serve.....

Oh yeah, and the so4 yeast has still not settled out!

youll be blowing the yeast off with too much gas pressure. if youve fermented all the way out aim for 1.5-2g of priming sugar per 500ml .use cane sugar or spraymalt, not beet sugar.

Damn it was a good beer and I've only got a couple of bottles to do the long term test with......... Shame my 2nd and 3rd don't seem to have the same hop punch! Here to my 4th Summer Lighting copy.
