Dry Hopped with 20g Mittlefruh for 3 days...
Bottled just now, Tasted bloody good :) Lovely subtle floral edge backed up with lots of woody Saaz :)
Fingers crossed this is going to be a cracker once its carb'd up and matured a little :)

Sneaky taster ;)
The Aroma is very Lager-like, flavour is Saazy with some Nice floral notes from the Mittlefruh lots of body quite sweet, glad I dry hopped :)
Could be a recipe to do a re-run with tweaks :)

This is bloody good, drinking really well fresh, really tasty with nice floral nose and floral finish... wonder how it will change as it matures? :)
