Just butting in

Cascade Whole 5.7 % 15 mins 0 lbs. 1.0 oz 27 grams 29.3%
Cascade Whole 5.7 % 0 mins 0 lbs. 0.9 oz 25 grams 27.3%
Final Volume: 23 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.051
Final Gravity: 1.012
Alcohol Content: 5.1% ABV
Total Liquor: 33 Litres
Mash Liquor: 11.8 Litres

Colour: 8 EBC
Still conditioning but had a taste last night. Wow, the Cascade hops have really come through with the US-05 yeast, fan-bloody-tastic. The plant is doing great too, hopefully will get a decent amount of hops next year - none of my hops gave a terrific amount the first year. Must be due to bedding-in or something, got a small amount of hops (~50gm\plant) but hardly any aroma\taste out of them.
Thanks again Stuart.
