Got a belated fathers day brew day on last Saturday and though of something for the summer a low gravity Belgian!

Sounds good, I've got a few low ABV idea for a Belgium style beer.

Looks good!

Would this work with T-58 ? I really only have access to dried yeasts due to my location...

Whats sort of tempratures are you fermenting at? I understand that some Belgian strains stall if they aren't kept warm..?
Which seems the opposite of english type ale yeasts - which give funky flavours when much warmer than 18-20C...

Brewferm Wheat is a better choice IMHO, but its is quite east to get the liquid yeast poster to yuo and the results are really good!

Its currently at 23.5c in ther fridge, this yeast dose do well at high temps but have goodtem good resut at this temp. The warmth issue is realy for the belgian saison strain (WLP565) an thst is just are really weird and troublsome yeast

Looks great. A low abv belgian may be on the cards at some point for me.
